Operation Smile Italia Onlus is a Foundation born in Italy in 2000 constituted by medicals, paramedicals and volunteers who partecipate to humanitarian missions on 50 World Countries to treat, with reconstruction plastic surgery operations, heavy malformations such us harelip and cleft palate, due to burns and traumas.


One of the aim of Operation Smile is creating sustainable development of its activities, through the gradual improvement of local medical infrastructures and the training of skilled medical staff in countries where missions are carried out.




Since 1982, stand up year of Operation Smile International in the United States, more than 130.000 children in the World have received free surgery.
