Roma09 for Abruzzo
Rome 09, Coni and ICS together for Abruzzo. The 13th World Championship will support the National Olympic Commetee and the “Istituto di Credito Sportivo” in the creation of a bank account in order to contribute to the rebuild of the facilities damaged by the terrible earthquake in April. The IBAN number code is IT79P 10630 03200 000000000006. In this account, registered at Protezione Civile and called “Destinazione Abruzzo – lo sport per lo sport”, all money pledges devolved by the sport events’organizers will be raised.
The Protezione Civile will decide how to use the fundraising. Moreover , the operating expenses won’t be applied. .
However, Abruzzo’s inhabitants already have the possibility to make use of tax breaks, because of the earthquake damages. For example they are suspended from the mortgage repayment .
On Friday 24th, at 6 p.m., in the VIP area of the Villageroma09 a press conference will take place. One of the main guest will be Dott. Enzo Spaziante (from the Protezione Civile).
