Holland gets the fifth position, Hungary the seventh
Thanks to their victories over Australia and Spain, Holland and Hungary achieve the fifth and seventh position in the Women's Water Polo Championships. In the earliest match of the last day, Magyars defeat Spain 11-6, while the Dutch win 12-11 over the Australians.
In the first part of the match, the Spanish girls are reached and overcome by their rivals, among whom the best scorer is Rita Dravucz (four goals).
The match between Holland and Australia is balanced until the end, when Mauro Maugeri's girls get the better of their rivals. Dutch Mieke Cabout scores four goals in this match.
