FINA - Julio Maglione new President of FINA
Julio Maglione from Uruguay is the New President of the International Swimming Federation (FINA). Maglione will take the place of Moustapha Larfaoui for the next four years (2009-2013). The President of the Italian Swimming Federation, Paolo Barelli, is the new Honorary General Secretary; Pipat Paniangvait from Thailand is the new treasurer.
