Currently, the World Broadcasting Meeting (WBM) is taking place at the “Sala Rossa” of the Foro Italico at which the participations took FINA, the Italian Swimming Federation, RAI as the Host Broadcaster of the event, and some of the most important world televisions: Deard Radio e TV, ZDF, BBC, Nos, Globosat, Eurosport, France Television, TV Asahi, EBU, EBU OPS, and NBC. At the speakers’ table were present Mr. Giovanni Malagò, the President of the Organizing Committee Roma09, Mr. Paolo Barelli, the President of the FIN, Mr. Peter Hall, FINA Marketing Director, Mr. Massimo De Luca, Director of the RAI SPORT, and Mr. Andrea Lorusso Caputi, Director of the RAI television productions. RAI confirmed its commitment towards the Big Event which will take place in Rome from 28th July to 2nd August. In the afternoon, after visiting the venues of the competitions, the meeting will proceed with further in-depth analysis on the behalf of Jumbo Grandi Eventi regarding accreditation, accommodation and transportation.
