The Organizing Committee of the 13th FINA World Championships – Roma 2009 today has presented at the Sala Respighi, of Palaexpo Verona Fiere, the event that will take place in the capital from July 18th to August 2nd of the next year. The General Director of Roma 2009, Mr Roberto Diacetti has illustrated the expectations for the participants, for the media and the spectators. The Eng. Renato Pappagni, engineer for the new federal centres of Ostia, San Paolo and Pietralata, has described which kind of operations will have been made in these centres and at the Foro Italico. Mr Maurizio Colaiacomo, Responsible for the venues of the Organizing Committee has presented the project of the Stadio del Nuoto of Tor Vergata, realized by the architect Santiago Calatrava. The Roma09 delegation has been received and welcomed with a great enthusiasm by the President of the FIN Regional Committee of Veneto Mr Roberto Cognonato.
