Intesa and Roma09 give the prize to the best atlethes of RomAquatica 2008
Prize–giving evening at the “Casina Valadier” in Rome yesterday night, where Intesa Sanpaolo, Official Partner of the 13th FINA World Championships, together with the Organizing Committee and the Italian Swimming Federation prized those athletes who mainly distinguished themselves in the 2008 Edition of “RomAquatica”.
Federica Pellegrini for the swimming, Tania Cagnotto and the brothers Tommaso and Nicola Marconi for the diving, Giulia Lapi and Beatrice Adelizzi for the synchronized swimming.
All of them will represent Italy at the Olympic Games of Beijing. Attending the evening the Managing Director of Intesa Sanpaolo Mr. Corrado Passera, the President of the Organizing Committee - Roma2009 Mr. Giovanni Malagò, the President of the Italian Swimming Federation Mr. Paolo Barelli and the General Director of the 13th FINA World Championships Mr. Roberto Diacetti.
