10/09/2008FINA meets the Roma09 Organizing Committee
Today and tomorrow the 11th of September, the FINA Executive Director, Mr Cornel Marculescu, meets the President Mr. Giovanni Malagò, the General Director of the Roma09 Organizing Committee Mr Roberto Diacetti, together with the Italian Swimming Federation President, Mr. Paolo Barelli in the Rome offices.
The work session will be on the organization of the 13th Fina World Championships. Key points are: Financial Matters, Competition Programme, Competition Entries, Accommodation, Trasportation, Marketing Programme, Tv and Radio.
In the afternoon the FINA delegation will visit the Foro Italico venue in order to discuss the permanent and temporary facilities, the seatings and the warm-up and competition pools.
