Debbie Phepls: ’I love Rome’
“It’s true I love Rome and can’t wait to go back there, and then see Michael compete will make everything more exciting”. Debbie Phelps, Baltimore’s kid mother, doesn’t hide her enthusiasm, in order to see his son swimming at the Championships in Rome, after the extraordinary exploit in Beijing that crowned him as best swimmer in the swimming history. This for Michael’s mother will come back to Rome for two reasons: to see the eternal city again and to be next to his son while he continues to win gold medals.
